Good Fun To Deal With


 "My wife and I decided to sell a property and give the sales agency to a local Real Estate agent on a 3 month agency.


We allowed that agent to continue for a further 2 months before deciding to offer the property to a different agent. In that time we had not received a single offer of interest, all we got was an excessive bill.

The second agent we entrusted was Terri Seal. Within 2 weeks she had created interest and enquiries in relation to the property and by 8 weeks she had successfully completed the sale of the property above our asking price.


Throughout the time Terri dealt with us, she always displayed a wonderful understanding of our circumstances (we are mid 70’s) and an extremely good
professional attitude to the completion of the transaction.

She is honest, true to her word, good fun to deal with and can communicate with people at all levels, regardless of age or gender.
Terri was happy and always had a smile on her face which also came through when speaking to her on the phone; she has a bubbly personality & great confidence. We highly recommend her to anybody confidently, either buying or selling real estate.

Just a quick note to say a huge thanks to Teresa for being such a joy to work with. She came recommended from a friend. She kept us upto date on everything, was always available and never made us wait. Other agents we dealt with would call or email us after 2 days or more, but, even on a public holiday Teresa answered her phone and was more than happy to discuss our concerns and thoughts. She has a bright and bubbly personality, very easy to get along with, and most important, she doesn't pretend to be someone she is not, what you see is what you get, and we like that.
