Very Easy To Deal With


I have now been dealing with Prime Group for over a year now and have found them to be most helpful and very easy to deal with in every occasion since moving into my home. Terri, Megan and the rest of the team are always very quick to answer any enquiries that I have; they have always gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure my needs as a tenant are catered for, which gives me great peace of mind as a tenant myself. I would highly recommend Prime Group to my peers at any time who are looking for a professional organization to handle their housing requirements.

Just a quick note to say a huge thanks to Teresa for being such a joy to work with. She came recommended from a friend. She kept us upto date on everything, was always available and never made us wait. Other agents we dealt with would call or email us after 2 days or more, but, even on a public holiday Teresa answered her phone and was more than happy to discuss our concerns and thoughts. She has a bright and bubbly personality, very easy to get along with, and most important, she doesn't pretend to be someone she is not, what you see is what you get, and we like that.
