My name is Paul. I live in Western Australia.

We have 2 properties in South Australia, managed by Terri Seal from Prime RE Group, for the best part of 10 years.

When we first signed up with Terri she ensured that we understood the process and went through the agreement until we were happy and confident with all the terms/conditions including the fees involved. There was no pressure from Terri, she was more than happy to go over it until we were ready to sign. She explained everything exceptionally well and in a way that was easy to understand.

We own several properties across Australia, all managed by other agents. Just a quick note to say a huge thanks to Teresa for being such a joy to work with. She came recommended from a friend. She kept us upto date on everything, was always available and never made us wait. Other agents we dealt with would call or email us after 2 days or more, but, even on a public holiday Teresa answered her phone and was more than happy to discuss our concerns and thoughts. She has a bright and bubbly personality, very easy to get along with, and most important, she doesn't pretend to be someone she is not, what you see is what you get, and we like that. She is honest, even if it meant telling us something that we might not want to hear. To us, honestly is the best policy. We would recommend Teresa to anyone who is thinking about selling or renting.
